After retiring in2018 from 27 years in the Fleet Automotive sales, I came to PARFETT CONSTRUCTION, INC. as CFO to help keep track of essential business records for this growing business.
My other business experience includes Industrial Purchasing, Personal & Commercial Banking including internal Audit, part owner of a Geophysical Survey Contracting Company, and Computer Consultant

Meet Rob
From a young age, I have always had an interest in Residential Architecture. This interest led me to the world of Construction. It started off as a summer job and eventually led down the path to become a licensed Carpenter. My areas of expertise now include Finish Carpentry and Framing.
Sports have also had a profound impact on my life. Baseball was my primary focus with golf following at a close second. I was a college athlete which taught me the values of hard work, pride in your performance, and teamwork. These values have helped mold me into the Businessman I am today.
I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years, founded PARFETT CONSTRUCTION in 2010, and Incorporated in 2017. We are dedicated to company growth, involvement in our community, and helping the dreams of our clients become reality.
Meet Crystal
I graduated from San Jose State University. Post graduation I went on to work in Commercial Banking and Auditing. I later moved on to work in Tech where I worked for 5 years. I met Rob and PARFETT CONSTRUCTION Inc and wanted to be part of a growing business. I come from a multi generation family background construction.
In my free time, I’m a Swim mom, Girl-scout leader, and Cross-fit enthusiast.
As a Project Coordinator, I work directly with Rob on all of our Residential projects assisting with Permits, budgeting & tracking, ordering of materials, invoicing, and many other tasks.
